My Top 5 Music albums?
Hmm... interesting.

I'll keep it brief though.

5. Straight outta Lynwood - Weird Al Yankovic

What can I say? It may be infantile to a certain degree... but I just love the witty way he puts humor into his songs.

4. Iron Maiden - Brave New World
Aaah... Good old Maiden. I simply love the atmosphere they manage to summon with their songs. Chose this album mainly because of "Ghost of the Navigator", since that was the song they played up and down on the first LAN-party I've ever been to.

3. Ska-P - Lagrimas y Gozos

Well... it's crazy... it lifts your mood... and they have a foul mouth that you wouldn't believe at times. Ska doesn't get much better and energetic than this, folks. Highly recommendable as long as you don't mind their anti-american (or almost anti-everything that's unsocial and discriminating) attitude.
But then again... that's why people listen to NoFX, right?

2. System of a Down - Mesmerize

Originally planned as a double-album with Hypnotize, it was split into a single album... for obvious reasons ($$$). This doesn't detract from the album's quality though, since it's still a ton of fun and overall complete work to listen to. And it even summons up some great memories of my first ever rock festival I've been to, aaaaall the way to Vienna.

1. Tenacious D - Pick of Destiny

First: IT'S METAL!
Second: It's funny as hell.
Third: It has one kickass movie to go along with it.
Fourth: The tracks might be short, but absolutely great in all regards. May it be the shredding guitar solos, the slick drum-parts, or Jack Black's kick-ass singing voice, which enables him to do emit some of the best metal cries I've heard since the 80's.

So... that's about it. ^^
